He took the leap into the industry learning timeshare, where he first crossed paths with his future business partner, Jason Luria. Driven to master the craft, he later transitioned to working under a powerhouse mentor, diving deep into the complex world of fractionalizing homes. The stakes were high, the learning curve was steep, and with a son on the way, failure wasn't an option.
Following his time in fractionalized real estate, he was recruited to join Fidelity Real Estate, where a single, random phone call on a quiet Sunday changed everything.
A tech startup was on the line, looking for industry insights. That conversation turned into an advisory role, which quickly evolved into an offer to be their Director of Business Development and Sales, which he was quick to accept.

Through that role, he helped pioneer a massive industry breakthrough: building America’s very first tokenization of timeshares. By leveraging beneficial interest in a trust, smart contracts, the Solana blockchain, and Web3 technology, he helped slash the property transfer timeline from a grueling 180 days down to just 35 seconds. Now, it was time to do what he always knew was his calling.

Following a year of intensive mentorship under one of the land industry’s leading figures, he launched his land-specific journey with The Herring Family Real Estate Group. The ultimate goal was always to build something foundational from the ground up, but remembering what his father always told him, "IT TAKES A VILLAGE," he knew it was time to bring in a partner.

Reaching out to his old colleague, leader in sales volume for a decade straight, and golf buddy, Jason Luria, an idea was pitched, a partnership was struck and H & L Acquisitions (d/b/a Sell My Lot NOW) was born.
